I’ve taken clients from discovery through to development and release of digital products. I’ve facilitated workshops and design sprints, conducted user interviews and usability tests and synthesised insights for playback to stakeholders. I’ve worked closely alongside engineering and product teams in a dual-track agile environment.
Clients include: Google, UNESCO, Fletcher Living, Foodstuffs, Ministry of Health New Zealand, Kiwirail, Watercare Services, Z Energy and Caltex amongst others.

UX Designer

I was the first full-time designer on staff. Initially working on general UI improvements for Fergus’ job management app as well as additional design tasks including branding, marketing collateral, web design etc.
As the team grew, my focus narrowed to the UX and UI of the product as well as user interviews and facilitating usability tests. I worked closely with our engineering team and product manager as well as customer and sales teams.

I created a motion graphics reel to promote DocEdge and ScreenEdge’s 10 year anniversary celebration in 2015.
I also returned in 2016 to help create two new motion graphics reels for 2016’s film festival event.

In 2016 the West Auckland Business Hall of Fame was revived. I worked with the West Auckland Business Club, ATEED and Rosebank Business Association to create the branding for the West Auckland Business Hall of Fame.
Output was branding, brand guidelines and marketing collateral.
